Crystal Stewart

Crystal Stewart, attorney, provides legal services throughout Wyoming in the areas of criminal defense, administrative law, real property and landlord tenant disputes, civil litigation, contract law, and family law. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming in 2018 and is licensed to practice in Wyoming and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. Crystal’s legal career began as a civil litigator where she focused on personal injury and insurance defense. After joining Pence and MacMillan in 2019, Crystal expanded her practice to pursue her passion for criminal defense. Crystal has defended numerous misdemeanor and felony charges and successfully argued for reduced sentences, probation, and dismissals. Crystal fights tirelessly for her clients facing criminal charges and works diligently to obtain the best results. When she is not practicing law, Crystal enjoys spending time with her dog and family, going golfing, and cheering on the Wyoming Cowboys.
